    • Experience with networks, to include ability to understand network architecture diagrams, and related information.

    • Experience with virtual environments and emulated mobile devices.

    • Experience performing technical analysis on networks and applications to evaluate security and applicability to online operations.

    • Experience working within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions

    • Experience managing the integration of multiple software and hardware components into a functional system 

    • Experience participating in TEMs 

    • Experience communicating complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.

    • Experience creating and delivering informational and decision briefings to peers, divisional, group, and enterprise-level boards

    • Experience supporting senior leaders or project managers to prepare executive plans and reports.

    • Proficiency in complex multi-network and security enclave environments.

    • Experience with facilitation across multi-contractor and staff teams

    • Experience with project management of software products and documentation tools, including but not limited to, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow
